Mr. Duke is an attorney in the Oxford, Mississippi office and has been with the firm since 2011. His practice consists primarily of business law, commercial litigation, oil and gas litigation, insurance and fiduciary litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has been a member of the Mississippi Bar since 1976.
Mr. Duke graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1973, with a Bachelor of Arts degree and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1976.
Mr. Duke was in private practice in Oxford and Meridian, MS for 35 years before joining the firm in 2011. He was an Adjunct Instructor in Legal Studies with the University of Mississippi as well as a Staff Attorney in their Court Education Program. Mr. Duke was also the Managing Attorney and Litigation Director of East Mississippi Legal Services for four years.

Mr. Duke is a member of the Lafayette County Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar, Bencher, American Inns of Court,
and Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Duke is also a Fellow with the Mississippi Bar Foundation. Mr. Duke practices in the following courts: U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians Tribal Court.
Mr. Duke was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and is of counsel in the Oxford, Mississippi office of the firm.
